Visit the Arch of Cabo San Lucas & Land’s End
This majestic rock formation is located at the tip of Baja Peninsula and is a must-see. Take a water taxi or a kayak tour to see the Arch, Lover’s Beach, and Divorce Beach.
Go snorkeling or scuba diving
Cabo San Lucas is a great location for snorkeling and scuba diving. Head to Chileno Beach or Santa Maria Bay for snorkeling. If you’re a scuba diver, don’t miss Cabo Pulmo, which is closer to San Jose del Cabo. It is nicknamed “Aquarium of the World” because there are over 300 species of fish.

(Most couples choose to make their destination wedding symbolic.)
Most couples marry at home and host a symbolic ceremony in Los Cabos. Guests never know the difference! This helps to keep things less stressful and makes your trip more relaxed.

Required Documentation:
- Valid passports
- Original and certified copies of birth certificates
- Tourist card or visa (issued upon arrival in Mexico)
- Names, ages, addresses, nationalities, and occupations of both sets of parents
- Blood test certificate (must be completed in Mexico within 48 hours prior to the wedding)
- Proof of marital status:
-If single: affidavit of single status
-If divorced: divorce decree
-If widowed: death certificate
Timing Requirements, Legal Details & Fees:
- Blood tests must be completed in Mexico at least 48 hours before the ceremony
- Four witnesses are required
- Witnesses must be 18 or older and cannot be biological parents
- Witnesses must provide copies of valid passports or driver’s licenses
